Accessibility Statement
Built so everyone can use it — not just most people.
Effective June 17, 2026 · Version 1.0
Veridem Holdings Inc. ("Veridem," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making our websites and Products — including Stem:Ample, Re:Writ, Compose:EP, MHAIX, MHAIX·V, and Rendered Sound (each, a "Product") — usable by the widest possible range of people, including people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach, our current status, and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.
This is a living commitment, not a finished checklist. Our Products are still in active development. We are building accessibility in from the start rather than retrofitting it later, and this statement will be updated as each Product moves from preview to public launch.
Our standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our internal benchmark for all public-facing pages and Products. WCAG is the technical standard most commonly referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508, and similar laws worldwide. We aim to meet it; we don't claim to have achieved full conformance on every page yet.
What we've built in
Across our preview pages and waitlist sites, we work to provide:
- Keyboard access — every link, button, and form field can be reached and operated without a mouse, including a "skip to content" link on every page.
- Visible focus states — a clear outline shows which element is currently focused when navigating by keyboard.
- Labeled form fields — every input (such as waitlist email fields) has a programmatic label a screen reader can announce, even when the visual design doesn't show one.
- Sufficient color contrast — text and interactive elements are checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios against our dark backgrounds.
- Reduced-motion support — our animations and reveal effects are automatically disabled for visitors whose system is set to "reduce motion."
- Semantic structure — headings, navigation, and landmarks are marked up so screen readers can navigate the page logically, not just read it top to bottom.
- Status messages that are announced — confirmations (like "you're on the waitlist") are exposed to assistive technology, not just shown visually.
Interactive previews and mini-games
Some of our preview pages include interactive demos — prompt generators, scoring previews, and small games that illustrate how a Product works. We design these with keyboard alternatives to drag-and-drop or timed actions where practical, and we are continuing to improve this category as it grows. If a specific interactive element isn't usable for you, please tell us — see Section 5 below — and we will prioritize a fix.
Known limitations
We're being upfront: some pages still have gaps. Common ones we're actively working through include third-party embeds (such as font and analytics services) that we don't fully control, and older preview pages built before this statement existed that haven't yet been brought up to the same standard as new ones. We track these and prioritize fixes by impact.
Tell us about a problem
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any Veridem page or Product, we want to know. Please include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using if you can. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days.
This Accessibility Statement does not constitute legal advice and is not a certification of full WCAG or ADA conformance. It is a plain-language description of our current practices and ongoing commitment. For specific legal questions, consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.
